up to date phone constantly says resuming - Microsoft Community

hi, nokia lumia 635 running on windows 8.1 says "......resuming....." when reading online. have take screen shots because within 30 seconds phone goes resuming , have close , restart. other cites freeze , can't enter info. forum difficult use. phone date.

the internet explorer must cluttered. try fixing issue clearing browser's history.

follow steps listed below clear browser's history.

1. launch internet explorer app.
2. tap on ellipsis [ ... ] button on lower-right corner of screen.
3. tap settings.
4. look delete history.
5. tap delete button confirm.
6. once history have been deleted, restart phone.

let know outcome after clearing mentioned browser's history.
