Start up windows 10 Pro issue - Microsoft Community

i have new issue (problem) on computer.

after updating new evaluation copy; build 17035.rs prerelease 171103-1616 on 11/8/2017.

stop code: page_fault_in_nonpaged_area

with following message:

your windows insider build ran problem , needs restart.

we're collecting error info, , we'll restart you.

my computer restart each 5 (5) minutes.

what should do?   can me resolve issue on pc, please?

hi ramon,

conflicts third-party security program 1 of possible reasons why having stop code page_fault_in_nonpaged_area after updated computer. assist better, kindly answer questions below:

  • what troubleshooting steps have done far?
  • have tried update drivers on computer?
  • do have third-party security software installed?
  • have tried boot computer in safe mode , check if experience same issue?

meanwhile, can try troubleshooting steps in link to resolve blue screen issues.

we're looking forward response.
