wgy wont recognise sign in , password asking new card details , have alreday provided them , changed card details 2 days ago??? why still using old card? id scam?

looks encountering challenges managing microsoft account. recommend follow steps below reset password:

  1. go the reset password page.
  2. choose reason need password reset, click next.  
  3. enter email address used when made microsoft account. email address, or email ending in microsoft domain hotmail.com or outlook.com.
  4. enter characters see on screen (this lets know you’re not robot), click next.
  5. if have security info on account, we'll send one-time code alternate phone number or email address gave us. after enter code on next screen, you'll able make new password.
