Microsoft Office 365 for Education signup - Microsoft Community

i'm uni student , reason can't seem sign in office 365 portal. don't recall completing registration when put uni email in (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/education/products/office/default.aspx) says have account , i'm prompted sign in. (https://signup.microsoft.com/signup?skug=education&stepsdata.email=tyychan1%40sheffield.ac.uk&sku=e82ae690-a2d5-4d76-8d30-7c6e01e6022e)

so try password corresponds uni email, it's not recognised. , when try reset password uni email, says login doesn't exist?? great if can offer help!

if none of these options , still can't remember microsoft account, our support agents @ contact support might able help. may need create temporary microsoft account reach support.

be sure have product key , proof of purchase ready.

you might contact office admin @ school , request account.
