Having a hard time - Microsoft Community

downloaded office 365 through school website suppose to, signed in through email address. when open word, through office 365, it's telling me need sign in. when enter email , password telling me no such email associated office 365. don't understand whats going on? think required.

one of possible reasons why you're having issues using office 365 due discrepancies in subscription. we'd further investigation identify issue , cause. please provide following information:

  • what specific version of office using?
  • have contacted school's admin assistance?
