Font size keeps changing in Excel - Microsoft Community

i have spreadsheet half of some cells formatted font size 7 regular, other half font 7 bold.. ok until close spreadsheet , reopen it. half cell (bold) changes font 10, whilst other half keeps font 7. save keeps doing same. happens when open file desktop (shortcut). if open excel first open file within excel fonts keep original formatting. strange? can explain why problem happens when opening file desktop? can solved? using excel 365 2016

accelerator feature not compatible windows 10 causing computer load programs slow,  need download link correct problem moved from: internet explorer / internet explorer 10 / other/unknown hello sharon, starting windows 10, version 1703, accelerator can no longer used in internet explorer. can check article to learn more said setting. let know if have other concerns. regards.
