Edge not working after August 12 update - Microsoft Community

this latest update has trashed edge on pc.  it opens largely blank page let me nothing, crashes , returns desktop.  this problem known seems. microsoft going accept responsibility , issue fix time soon

hi bill,

one of possible causes why you're having issues opening microsoft edge due some program components corrupted , update necessary. having said that, recommend performing methods in thread provided ruth buruga. quite few people found suggestions helpful.
