i not computer smart means. used computer.  copyright 2009. gateway tower. windows 7 home  premium 

processor: intel (r) pentium (r) d 3.20ghz 3.19     system type: 32-bit operating      installed memory (ram) 3.00gb

it says have internet explorer 11 version11.0.9600.18816     use msn.com start page on computer. 

the manage add-on enabled show:  shockwave flash object     adobe pdf reader    tabular data control

                                                                          microsoft shell vi helper windows media player  scripting.dictionary

                                                                           java (tm) plug-in ssv helper  java (tm) plug-in2 helper

i do not want upgrade other program. of month computer getting constant pop-ups (website not responding).

i've did defragment, error check, disk cleanup.  check out ok. i'm terrified try else i'm afraid of messing computer , not being able use @ all.     did windows8  , windows 8.1 , hated them.  no way want other windows.  on here enough.

color coded update guide. install green updates, ignore orange/yellow ones,     and        not install(uncheck boxes& right click-hide) red ones !!!!!!!!!!
