Windows 10 Build 17025 and Games: Issues with graphics rendering - Microsoft Community

so, did clean install of windows weekend after installed 17025 last week , seeing lots of issues games. 

i did testing latest official build , insiders 17025 on first time. saw this:

a) game have subtle freeze / fps drop ( cyclic ) of milliseconds notice, making cpu load jump ( more load ) small period of time;

b) destiny 2, suffers same described above plus ... graphics rendering has many bugs, "dynamic fonts" ( example, players name ) should white , black coloured outlines , highlighted colours blown colour rendering problems similar thermo-vision looks;

as said, tried 2 times, clean installs, saw official windows release not having issues , 17025 have it.

anyone had issues?
