we'd understand issue you're experiencing internet better. please answer these questions:

  • when did issue start happen?
  • does issue happen on other browsers?
  • were there changes/updates device prior issue happening?
  • are connected internet through wifi or ethernet cable?
  • what troubleshooting steps have done far resolve issue?
