Maintaining hyperlinks in PDF printouts - Microsoft Community

hi, import pdf's containing hyperlinks pages - there way of maintaining hyperlink in original pdf? @ moment, prints blue, underlined font no hyperlink.

printing pdf onenote nothing else printing on paper , scanning onenote. result bitmap image, picture, nothing else. no characteristics or features of original pdf preserved. includes hyperlinks. 

onenote not pdf viewer/annotator/interpreter nor document management system. it's note taking program can include pictures in note pages.
