internet explorer 11 won't open on windows 10

hi douglas,

issue may have been caused corrupted system files, software conflict, or due add-ons or extensions of internet explorer.

can run internet explorer without add-ons. this, press windows key + r on keyboard, type iexplore.exe -extoff, , hit enter. check if encounter same issue.

can refer steps provided in article on how manage add-ons in internet explorer 11.
