I repeatedly get error 0xD0000019 on activation - Microsoft Community

split thread version no longer in service.

i repeatedly error 0xd0000019 when trying activate ms office 2016 mac.  replies here haven't helped @ all.  please can me.  have called tech support 3 times, , 3 times promised call form tier 2 tech, calls never came through.

thank suggestions.  fortunately able figure out problem myself.  took 1 minute fix.  turned off intego, opened word, activated, turned intego on.

unfortunately after 1 or 2 promised calls didn't come through, , 1 or 2 phone calls techs couldn't resolve issue.

i disgusted ms tech support.  each of several level 1 techs spoke should have known ask me turn off anti-virus , anti-malware 3rd party apps.  yes should have known on own that, forgot.  unless brain getting old remember this, have burned me turn off apps.

    Thanks, In my case. I turned on the MAC firewall and tried logging in again it started working.!
