based on description, trying access outlook web app (https://outlook.office.com/owa/)? if yes, please try other web browsers test issue. meanwhile, can try in private mode.

if issue persists, please confirm following information better understand issue:

1. other users in organization have same issue?

2. admin of office 365 in organization? if not, please contact admin sign exchange admin center (https://outlook.office.com/ecp) make sure owa not disabled.

3. please send email account , can check status it.
