Error code 30102-11 while installing office 365 - Microsoft Community

i have office 2013 pro plus installed in computer previously. after stupid system cleaning have found cannot open office. tried uninstall , reinstall office 2013 setup shows error 1402. suggested try office 365 instead. have done cleaning office 2013 method listed in office website. when try install office 365 error message keep pop close end of installation , error code 30102-11 (1603). have searched on office , community website solution. have done clean root install same error still there. me figure out if more serious problem system. system win7 pro 64bits.
