Cannot send emails - 550 5.7.501 Access denied, spam abuse detected - Microsoft Community

dear all,

i started office365 service today cannot send emails.

please advise...

regarding the"550 5.7.501 access denied" issue, suggest (if admin of organization)log intoexchange admin center, , click protection> action center to check if account blocked. 

here article reference: 
removing user, domain, or ip address block list after sending spam email.

if not administrator, let admin in organization check it.
