Unable to edit any file using Office 365 online text editor in the - Microsoft Community

on sharepoint online document library, unable edit file using online editing. actually, save button not working after modifications. happen in new office 365 online text editor. working till 2017-02-07 17:00 ist.

please resolve issue asap, else want download file , upload again changes.

this symptom has started happening again week - impact multiple members of team , multiple browsers.

hi david,

to investigate issue, i'd confirm following things:

1. issue related specific txt files in specific library or txt files in library have same issue?

2. capture screenshot "save button in grayed out".

3. if there other types of office files in same library, open them in office online , office desktop applications, make changes see if these changes can saved properly. want know if issue related text editor.
