how block in mail account?

hello swapan,

mails identified possible junk email automatically moved junk email folder. blocking someones email address using mail app on windows 10 mobile unavailable. however, can use browser , login outlook on web able filter unwanted emails.

to block senders sending email, can follow steps below:

  1. login outlook on web using browser.
  2. go settings
  3. select options.
  4. under mail category, choose junk email sub category see blocked senders option shown on screenshot below:
  5. make sure click save.

for reference, can use article on how filter junk email , spam in outlook.com more information.
