Mouse cursor jumps to top left corner randomly on 1709 - Microsoft Community

when (especially on internet download manager or such programs have listview/datagrid in window) press left click , select something, cursor goes top-left corner , select all. have lease , retry again.

also doesn't stop here. 1 click becomes double-click, selecting multiple files/folders in explorer ends auto lease or move acciently...

now let me explain you:

1. not hardware issue. tried different hardware. both hardware logitech brand has separate unifying receiver.

2. issue exists when connect via rdp outside 1709-based pc. in rdp jumpst top-left corner or issues mentioned above.

3. there no interference device cause this.

4. happens on 1709 (16299.15) not on 1703 or older. fresh windows installation tested. 16299.15 has this.

5. tried update drivers, mouse pads (as it's irrevelant).

6. logitech cordless used. (both hardware).

7. tested 5 times. please not offer me windows updates, driver updates or restart/shutdown. no. not solve anything.

8. system x64-based processor 16gb ram , asus environment. latest (incl. hotfixes) nvidia driver used.

thanks,

xang.
