Hyperlinks in Excel 2016 will not open - Microsoft Community

i open excel file has hyperlinks in them.  when click on hyperlink gives me warning file might contain virus.  click ok , cursor spins , disappears , file never opens.  can open hyperlink in office 2007 , office 2010 no problems.  logging in administrator rights not issue file.  os windows 7 sp 1 64-bit, office 2016 professional plus 32 bit, windows update current.  ideas why happening?

accelerator feature not compatible windows 10 causing computer load programs slow,  need download link correct problem moved from: internet explorer / internet explorer 10 / other/unknown hello sharon, starting windows 10, version 1703, accelerator can no longer used in internet explorer. can check article to learn more said setting. let know if have other concerns. regards.
