went microsoft account suggested on support device window , followed directions.  nothing happened.  next step hard reset according information.  nokia lumina 640xl windows phone microsoft os.  need do?

error code 805a8011 appears when trying access microsoft store. resolve issue, advise users perform hard reset going settings> about> tap reset phone. reset phone factory settings, means files on device deleted, possible software issues have been brought software installed on phone.

to ensure still have copies of files stored on phone, recommend backup phone prior performing hard reset.
