Can't access Word/Office365 - Microsoft Community

hi, renewed license office 365. purchased free on surf.nl through school. since yesterday randomly won't work anymore. tells me has been deactivated. checked if school still has license product , do. on account says: 'you dont have license use office 365 user id assigned work or school. ask admin assign 1 you. if admin, can assign 1 account.' 

i not sure means , supposed contact now. said working until yesterday. 

would appreciate help!!

please first go https://portal.office.com/account/#subscriptions check if have office desktop license. example:

if have right license, please follow steps below de-activate , re-activate office (keep internet connection):

1. sign out accounts , quit office applications.
2. right click start menu>run>insert “cmd” enter.
3. insert command:

cd c:\program files (x86)\microsoft office\office16

then press enter

    4. insert command:

cscript.exe ospp.vbs /dstatus

then press enter

    5. write down each product key.

    6. insert command:

cscript.exe ospp.vbs /unpkey:<key number>

then press enter

    7. use step 6 clear key number.

    8. open office application sign in again new accounts.
