Onenote Sync - Microsoft Community

hello,

since 1,5 years use onenote windows7-laptop, ipad , mac.

all sections password protected.

so far, no problems, synched fine via ondedrive-account.

since 2 weeks seems broken:

  • ipad not sync anymore, getting errors (0xe0000007)
  • windows7 (0xe0000579)
  • mac, same ipad

i tried hints 1 find in web/community.

even complete new notebook, 1 section 1 page, content via copy/paste original page, synced fine windows7->onedrive->ipad. after editing on ipad, windows7 gets aforementioned sync-error. when open notebook via webbrowser, changes visible. editing via webbrowser not break synchronisation windows7, seems.

sometimes windows7 sync works again, if revoke password.

any appriciated.

since you’ve tried , still error occurs, in case, i’ll suggest waiting onenote team fix issue.
