hey install office

but doesnt start , cant open it

hi frieder,

if download , install office office 365 software page,  after click install, depending on browser, go install pop-up appears , click save (in edge), run (in internet explorer) setup (in chrome), or save file (in firefox). install begins.

you can follow process of office business step-by-step part in article install office.

if above doesn't help, please provide following information troubleshooting.

1.for "but doesn't start , can't open it"please provide related screenshot describe it.

2. did download , install office? please capture screenshot of it.

3.please go office 365 subscriptions page , capture screenshot of licenses information.

4.which device using? windows or mac?
