hello,

i trying sign office 365 students wasn't able because "do not meet minimum age requirement". not understand why happen 21 years old. please me solve problem?

hi,

there several reasons why having issues signing office 365 students , 1 of when sign microsoft account, date of birth saved on profile incorrect. being said, suggest checking microsoft account birth date. here's how:

  1. log in account @ https://account.live.com
  2. go your info tab.
  3. under profile, select edit personal info.
