ms edge has been captured , rendered "inoperative" phone number (855) 873 5650.  when open edge page "pops up" , demands call number.  have absolutely no control on edge browser(s).  way rid of page shut down or restart computer.  running windows 10.  how repair of reset edge?

open post email notification and close tab phone number.
