there several reasons why you're unable use microsoft edge, here following:

  • your computer might have missing or corrupted system file.
  • the settings of microsoft edge needs reconfigured.
  • conflict antivirus.

in order isolate issue, we'd ask following:

  • did make changes computer settings before experiencing issue?
  • when attempting launch browser, happened? getting error message? if yes, we'd request screenshot. may use snipping tool sending screen capture. learn how, click here.
