Keyboard shortcuts - Microsoft Community

hi,

i'm not sure what's happened since yesterday whenever click ctrl+z takes me 'print preview' rather undoing.

most websites suggest using 'keyboard shortcuts: customize' button, excel 2013 not have option?

any suggestions? i'm avid ctrl+z user having click button everytime slows me down! not mention aggravation when automatically click , have wait print preview screen load!

save me guys!!

this caused addin or vba code running , has redefined shortcut key response.

try starting excel in safe mode or unload 3rd party addins.     don't enable macros.
