Install Office 365 on New Computer - Microsoft Community

i purchased office 365 business , downloaded/installed on 1 computer.  i purchased second computer.   want download / install office 365 business on second computer.  

i receive message must clear new install network administrator because not authorized download / install anything.   network administrator.  i clean toilets, pick-up , vacuum floor, etc.  can tell me should do?

i'm simultaneously uploading files first computer onefile can send computer service.  is fact i'm uploading @ same time want install office 365 creating problems me?

generally, need follow steps in article install office. if have issue when downloading office, please change network connection or temporary disable firewall check outcome.

if issue persists, please share following information us:

1) capture screenshot error message us.

2) issue occur when downloading setup program or execute setup program?
