i've got idea, not sure on how best use our office 365 business premium subscription.
we send jobs our external contractors details of ongoing jobs. contractor reply job update details i.e. work status 'completed' notes of jobs, upload pictures etc. via phone app or online.
these contractors won't have o365 account , need login guest account.
does have idea's on how can go this? best app use?

yes, right.
i explain planner autofit feature requirement.
it couldn’t assign users don’t have office 365 account now.
however, microsoft working on it, can refer following article:
allow external users view/edit tasks.
