2. wait media creation tool updated 16299.15 & create iso
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

unofficial way (not supported or recommended microsoft)
1. download & install 16299.15 being windows insider & using windows update
2. use third party uup iso tool create iso - https://www.tenforums.com

use rufus - http://rufus.akeo.ie/ create bootable usb using iso

boot windows 10 usb

format windows partition & install windows 10 cleanly.

when asked product key, click "i not have product key"

then when connected internet should activate if you

install same version had valid windows license before (home or pro).



Windows Insider Program / Windows Insider Preview / Install, upgrade, and activate / PC
