why can't I access my my microsoft office account? I had - Microsoft Community

unable use microsoft office account....they have been all disabled

thanks posting here.

we'd confirm whether had purchased office 365 business account. if so, subscription purchase, office 365 business premium? generally, when use office 365 business account login office portal, needs 24 hours complete settings @ first signing in. meanwhile, i'd collect office 365 account in private message (pm) checking.

if not, please provide screenshot "they have been disabled" further assistance.
