user account issues - Microsoft Community

i have microsoft account. user on computer. cannot download updates or changes pc (ie updating adobe 1) , cannot delete or change programs , more because different username pops , asks password, of course not know.

it appears not have admin permissions on own microsoft account , cannot manage own account.

i talked microsoft support tech , bottom line have send or take pc out service $$$ because not me unless knew password other account...so somehow old closed account still in system , blocking me managing own account managing pc.

anyone know how resolve this

how can not know own account? how possible have no recollection of old account.
