Unresponsive cells on Excel 2016, Office 365 - Microsoft Community

hi there,

we running excel 2016 , having trouble multiple users who when clicking on cells in excel spread sheet, cell not react. have click on sheet in same file gets unresponsive cell working again .if no response have close excel , open again cell becomes responsive . saving sheet not help. is known problem? if fixes?

the users running windows 7 64bit , running office suite professional plus 2016 32bit.
