Maximum number of users - Microsoft Community

1. once maximum number of 255 users reached split database, happens when 256th front end tries launch?

2. if users have multiple copies of front end open @ workstation, each open copy count towards 255?

umm did idea there 255 max? how many simultaneous users limited design. poor design can support fewer users.
