Installation of Office 365 for students - Microsoft Community

have valid student account installing office 365 home every time install it, takes long installation , when installed, displays messgae "sorry, went wrong". have reinstalled office several times , tried online fix cotrol panel>uninstall program>program , features in vain. please me out.

based on description, install office 365 on computer. suggest refer article figure out which plan office product belongs to, follow steps office product download , install office 365: download , install or reinstall office 365 or office 2016 on pc or mac
