Excel: Finding repeat customers only if they purchased a certain - Microsoft Community

i have list of 43000 purchase orders in excel. 1 product = 1 row. columns are: email address/product name/price. these rows individual items , prices, means bought 10 items on excel sheet 10 times. trying remove address made purchase did not "purchase" free product. there formula doing that, or method? or have use coded script outside program can access, search , manipulate sheet?
