good day every one. my lumia 1520 got blank after playing music. i did hard reset it came on after while became black. if i press the power button, the screen light shows up but the phone still remains black. please help me

have identify if phone's software or hardware issue. since issue remains unresolved after you've performed hard reset, advise reset phone's software using recovery tool. hope able back up phone's data before happened phone's memory wiped out when reset it.

please let know how turns out.
