16232.1000 Did something change in hibernate\sleep - Microsoft Community

i use program hibernate pc after set amount of inactivity. after updating to 16232.1000 not happen.

i tested other programs have used , dont work, looks changed in build?

programs:

smartpower

airytec

amp winoff

so, downloaded mce standby tool , strange user input kept happening.

it is [process] legacy kernel caller
