Windows 10 Insider Preview Pro build 16296.0 giving error 0x800706be - Microsoft Community

  have downloaded build @ least 3 times , tries install.  install soooooo slow , after installing, starts downloading again without rebooting , installing changes.  running software on core 2 duo 3.33ghz 2 gig of ram , install goes crawl , bogs machine down pretty bad.  ideas why may happening?

  got couple of answers people same problem.  did install.  think problem was running windows 10 pro preview 64 bit 2 gig of ram.  on subsequent updates, had installed 4 gig of ram , haven't had problems downloading , installing updates.  hope may 1 else have had problem.
