Utilizing Microsoft's Educational Resources - Microsoft Community

i work small cloud consulting company utilizes , promotes microsoft products, heavily focused on office 365.  because of working there, became interested in vast amount of technology microsoft has offer.  want pursue skills individual getting lost on start.  first, looked getting microsoft certifications, couldn't choose path start with. couldn't find resources each individual exam.  next looked microsoft virtual academy, learning portal, , partner university.  i'm not sure these had different but, still didn't have learning paths looking for.

i want develop skills empower me consult businesses technology can them thrive , grow, i'm lost on start.  should start , go there?
