i have spreadsheet want create formula calculate display based on range.
example
the columns / rows show rto, want point value determined entry rto.
so if rto between 0 - 8 hours, point value should display 1
if rto between 8 - 24 hours, point value should display 2
if rto between 24 hours , 7 days, point value 3
if rto greater 7 days, point value 4
