One Note & Office Lens - Couldn't Upload (tap to - Microsoft Community

on iphone, after scanning business card office lens, says:

couldn't upload (tap retry)

i tap retry, message:

location unavailable

the section selected unavailable or protected password.  if retry, image saved in default section.

this using work email , work phone.  can't seem find understands why it's not working correctly our department.  when use personal phone (android) using personal email, office lens , onenote works perfectly. 

has happened @ other places?  i'm looking more information can our department out.

accelerator feature not compatible windows 10 causing computer load programs slow,  need download link correct problem moved from: internet explorer / internet explorer 10 / other/unknown hello sharon, starting windows 10, version 1703, accelerator can no longer used in internet explorer. can check article to learn more said setting. let know if have other concerns. regards.
