i upgraded win10 pro win10 1709. following message; how fix this? have tried suggested no success.

there temporary dns error. try refreshing page. error code: inet_e_resource_not_found

1. search feedback hub in cortana search, launch app.
2. navigate feedback in left menu, press + add new feedback.
