Invalid Certificate preventing user from connecting 3rd party app and - Microsoft Community

hi there,

we have third party app sends scanned images cloud services onenote.  of our users have noted receiving error, preventing them connecting app onenote.  when users enter correct username , password, empty screen.

the error message we're seeing on our end is: "the certificate server invalid. might connecting server pretending “www.onenote.com” put confidential information @ risk."

is there fix this?

since problem happens when use third party app, suggest contact support team of app.

 

meanwhile, if can provide screenshot of error message or name of third party app, can better on case.
