I can't restore text messages after hard reset - Microsoft Community

i had carry out hard reset,and tried restore phone backup. i'm not able restore text messages backup.

i have nokia lumia 635, have update windows 8.1 windows 10 , since have been having of problems.

the issue experiencing happens after upgrading phone. can try sync messages again phone. this, go messaging > more... > settings, , turn on sync messages between devices and selecting any time. take note work if created before.
