hello 

i have excel mobile on ipad ios device , iphone. working fine before july 10, 2017 product update , having problems. 

1. hide tab in workbook.

when working in workbook , tabs aren't being used hide when click on "hide" button app freezes , closes without saving previous changes. once reopened re loads workbook , nothing saved prior last save.

2. conflicted copy

there random times workbook being worked in become corrupt reason , has save new workbook changes can saved , labels conflicted copy why happening.

none of these issues present before latest update in july. before worked fine without issues.

there several reasons why experiencing concern , that's going figure out. type of issue happens when there's software change made on computer prior issue. before proceed troubleshooting steps, know more concern. kindly answer questions below:

  • what troubleshooting steps have tried far?
  • do encounter error messages? if so, please send screenshot. make sure remove personal information.
