Down load 365 software - Microsoft Community

have not profit account , trying download software activate licences seem going round in circles wants me download mobile device want download pc.  help please

hi bob,

 

normally, if want download office applications pc, can open web browser, sign in office 365 subscription page check if have license of latest desktop version of office. if yes, can download office software page.

if don't have license, please contact office 365 administrator.

 

if above doesn't help, please provide following:

1.go subscription page , capture screenshot of it.

2.for  "just seem going round in circles wants me download mobile device", please provide related screenshots describe it.
