Dell Inspiron 660 bricked while attempting to install most recent - Microsoft Community

downloaded recent insider preview build on 12 july 2017.  while installing system shut down , attempted reboot normal major system updates time screen went dark , came following:

"no boot device available

sata 0     installed

sata 1     none

sata 2     installed

sata 3     none

strike f1 key retry boot, f2 run setup utility"

striking f1 key doesn't return black screen.  pressing f2 takes me in setup have no idea should changed if anything.

setup shows sata 1

device type     hdd

device id         st1000 dm003-1ch162

device size     1000gb

sata 2     empty

sata 3

device type     odd

            id         tsstcorp dvd+/-rw sh216db

            size      n/a

sata 4     empty

am bricked?

wes, pics help. hula, why don't see hard-disk listed in 'selection'. not saying should there.....

as 'secure boot', yes wes, try turning off , reboot.....
