Copy and Paste Within Excel Table - Microsoft Community

hi,

i trying copy , paste comments within large excel table (approx. 100k rows) , when performing excel tends crash 2 minutes. have table filtered various columns , copy , past standard comment around 100 rows. there feature in excel table can turn off allow me copy paste more efficiently?

i tried copy , paste same comment outside of table , works instantly.

please explain on objective is. [i skeptical need 100 or 100k rows of same value.]
